Ready to Work (R2W) tests and scores job skills in three main areas: Applied Mathematics, Locating Information, and Reading for Information.
Essential Soft Skills (ESS) measures competency in work tasks and behaviors including: cooperate with others, resolve conflict, negotiate effectively, solve problems, make decisions, observe critically, and take responsibility for learning.
Paper-Based Test (PBT) is the combined paper-based version of the Ready to Work and Essential Soft Skills assessments.
Ready to Work Courseware (R2WC) is career-infused instruction in Applied Mathematics, Reading for Information, and Locating Information that is directly aligned to the Ready to Work Assessments. It provides rigorous, contextualized content designed to increase learners’ readiness for career and technical education, apprenticeship programming, employment placement and industry certifications.
College Readiness Courseware (CRC+) provides review for recognized college placement testing programs and prepares learners to enter college with the necessary foundational skills that will make remedial classes less likely. The five modules included in CRC+ are Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Reading and Writing and English.
Soft Skills (SS) is an online and classroom-based curriculum that reinforces attitudinal and behavioral skills which are the most critical skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce. This course is aligned to the Essential Soft Skills assessment.
