PBT - Instructor Role

1. Responsibilities in the Paper-Based Test Administration Process

a. The instructor, also known as a teacher, facilitator, proctor, monitor, or test administrator, will serve as the manager of the Career Readiness Assessment for their site and assisting the administrator in maintaining test security and proper test administration procedures. The instructor will oversee the test administration for their site ensuring:

i. Every testing room has the proper test materials including #2 pencils, tests booklets, and answer sheets. Calculators and scratch paper are optional.

ii. Testing rooms are reserved and free from distractions.

iii. Directions are read aloud to the learners before each test. 

iv. All test materials are collected, secured, and returned to the administrator to be shipped to WIN Learning for scoring.
